ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open to any person who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Me Us Them Coaching and Psychology are not eligible.
TO ENTER: Submit your name & email address and download the Free me us them Relationship Challenge. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Me us them Coaching and Psychology reserve the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
TIMING: This competition runs from 12th February 2011. The closing date of this competition is 30 April 2011. Completed entries must reach me us them Coaching and Psychology no later than the closing date.
USE OF DATA: Personal data which you provide when you enter your details for this Challenge will not be sold or disclosed and may be used by Me Us Them Coaching and Psychology directly for marketing purposes.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: The winner will be determined by a draw on the 30 April 2011. The winner will be notified by email by 1st May 2011 and announced on Me Us Them Face book on 1st May 2011. If the prize winner is unable to utilise the prize prior to the expiry date (31 March, 2012) the prize will be forfeited. No further prize draws will occur.
PRIZE: The prize includes a voucher for 2 nights of accommodation with Breakfast included in the Romantic Seaview Treetops @ Montville and is not transferable. Travel to and from Seaview Treetops @ Montville is the responsibility of the prize winner. The winner will be required to negotiate availability and bookings directly with Seaview Treetops @Montville. If this prize becomes unavailable for any reason outside of the control of Me Us Them (examples include but are not limited to: fire, flood, closure of business, natural disaster), the prize is forfeited without further liability to Me Us Them.
WINNERS LIST: The winner consents to their name being publicly noted on Me Us Them Facebook site and website.
OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the decision made by Me Us Them shall be final. Me Us Them reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
